Flaw in history?

Posted by: Hari   in History, Interesting

Have patience to read this. It is been proved Taj Mahal is not a burial of Mumtaj but an ancient temple of Lord Shiva. We all know it took 22 years(1631-1653). Prof. Oak who found this, says Shiva temple palace was conqured by Shah Jahan from then Maharaja of Jaipur, Jai Singh. Shah jahan himself admits that grand mansion in Agra was taken from Jai Singh for Mumtaz’s burial. Oak’s inquiries began with the name of Taj Mahal. He says the term “Mahal” has never been used for a building in any Muslim countries from Afghanisthan to Algeria. “The unusual explanation that the term Taj Mahal derives from Mumtaz Mahal was illogical in atleast two respects. Firstly, her name was never Mumtaz Mahal but Mumtaz-ul-Zamani,” Secondly, one cannot omit the first three letters ‘Mum’ from a woman’s name to derive the remainder as the name for the building.Taj Mahal, he claims, the name is a corrupt version of Tejo Mahalaya, or Lord Shiva’s Palace. Prof. Oak points out a number of design and architectural inconsistencies that support the belief of the TajMahal being a typical Hindu temple rather
than a mousque. Many rooms in the Taj ! Mahal have remained sealed since Shah Jahan’s time and are still inaccessible to the public. Well, if you follow the below link, you will know the reality. This is where i read this news. Link. Interesting, Specially when the current government open the sealed rooms of the Taj Mahal and let international experts investigate.

I don’t know if it can be dismissed as a crappy forward. The most popular versions of history need not always be true. If you have the power and might, you can rewrite history. I mean historians always work in such a way that they rely more on reputed people in the past. (which they believe lends some credibility to the accounts.)

It’s just the same as Jeppiar claiming that things they do in his college(s) is Tamil culture.

It’s very hard to know what the truth is.

There are hundreds of points of view for every single thing like the moon landing (hoax busted), the 911 conspiracy (also busted) and so on. This Taj Mahal conspiracy is not more popular because it isn’t interesting enough. Maybe if they said aliens built it…

We can’t prove this news also as the fact. So the old one remains to be true for now. ROFL :D

Well, ushuming ;) that the pictures are true, (and it could well be another hoax!!) it’s still hard to say if the story is true.

I think we should just let go. Go visit the Taj Mahal and have a nice time. No one is gonna give a crap about history in 50 years. Global warming will ensure that.
